Honestly, Xavier was the best sales man i have encountered with out of all dealerships i been to. Wasn't annoying and wasn't pushy like most sales reps are to buying cars. This was my first experience looking to purchase a BMW. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I made the right decision. Chris was very knowledgeable about the product he sells and was very helpful, and told me he would find me my perfect car. Before showing me any cars, Chris gave me a tour of the facility. Chris sold me on the dealership before showing me my first car! Chris took the time and let me test drive all the vehicles that I was interested in. When we returned he went on the computer to make sure that there were no other cars available that we may have missed. Chris was right.... He found me my perfect car. When it came time to sign the paperwork, Chris was very accommodating to schedule an appointment. Chris was happy to tell me he could do better on the price since it was adjusted online from the Time I saw it. What a nice surprise! At delivery the car looked beautiful! Ian the finance manager was very nice and had everything all ready to go. No surprises from Ian except for the lovely key ring he gave me.
