Ms Gmyrek was wonderful . I was recommended by a friend. I called Ewa and told her what I was looking for. She looked up the availability of what I wanted and called me back. I drove all the way from Northern Westchester to this dealership and had a wonderful experience all around! Ewa was great - she found us the perfect care and took care of all of our "add-ons" and we pic dealership and had a wonderful experience all around! I had a service appointment for both routine service along with a noise coming from the engine at idle (the noise only occurs when the engine is at at operating temperature)both the service adviser and along with a noise coming from the engine at idle (the noise only occurs when the engine is at at operating temperature)both the service adviser and a service tech was there when i dropped the car off and agreed that this was not a normal noise and that the car required service. The service adviser assured me that my car no longer had noise issues and after 2 days i picked up the car and proceeded to hear the same noise as soon as i parked the car in my garage. The problem was never being corrected. More

I felt like I wasn't dealing with a salesman but rather someone who was actually genuine. The test drive was awesome, the paperwork wasn't lengthy as I expected. When I picked up the vehicle the following day, it was spotless. After this experience, I don't think I will go to another dealership from here on out. Chris still stays in touch to this day, so customer service is key to this dealership. I strongly recommend anyone considering BMW to go to Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore. More
