Do not go to Habberstad of Bay Shore, their sales manager John Cuozzo is a complete liar and a POS. He does not honor any word of his committment. Stay away if John is still employed at this dealership as he should not get any credit to any sale, even if he has no direct involvement. He will lie to your face and tell you that he treats you like family...maybe like a dysfunctional family. It is just ashame, because their service department now being run by Jeff Blaney is really good and their service consultants are very friendly. More

Took 5 weeks to repair something that takes a few days. With insurance and dealer both liable. Mainly BMW for throwing away part prior to adjuster arriving. Second hit was delays from parts vendors that are out of business. Finally, property that was in my vehicle was stolen. Namely, a gold necklace and earring I had left. Grant I should have been wiser to leave valuables in the car, but there is also a level of trust and professionalism. Shame on the staff. More

Ms Gmyrek was wonderful . I was recommended by a friend. I called Ewa and told her what I was looking for. She looked up the availability of what I wanted and called me back. I drove all the way from Northern Westchester to this dealership and had a wonderful experience all around!
