Service is aleways good. Mycar required two new rear tires. I am very concerned about why??? My car only has 15000 miles on it and it needs new tires??. Oil was changed when needed and the tires rota tires. I am very concerned about why??? My car only has 15000 miles on it and it needs new tires??. Oil was changed when needed and the tires rotated. My wife brought the car for service because of a tire pressure problem and we had to buy two new Pirelli tires for $ 400 later. Not so happy!! Not at all!! I am considering taking my car elsewhere in the future!! More

They were a delight to work with. They inspected the car to make sure it was in good working order, fixed most of the things that needed fixing and delivered it on time. I always like working with salesman who are honest and have my best interest in mind. Paul was great to work with and very competitive for the pricing he offered me for my new BMW. MY 2011 535XI WAS BROUGHT IN FOR A VIBRATION NOISE IN THE ENGINE THAT STARTED ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO. AFTER BEING IN SERVICE FOR 1 FULL WEEK IT WAS DETERMINED BY BOTH THE SERVICE TEAM AND BMW THAT THE NOISE WAS ENGINE THAT STARTED ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO. I visited several dealerships but Paul Senft, the sales advisor at BMW Bayshore, was the only one to listen to what I really wanted and to work with me. It was his time and effort in doing some basic rese advisor at BMW Bayshore, was the only one to listen to what I really wanted and to work with me. It was his time and effort in doing some basic research on availability that led to my purchase at BMW Bayshore. As a result I was able to get the exact model, color and option package that I wanted and that suited my needs. Paul kept me updated on the process from the time that the vehicle was being built to when it was delivered. At delivery Ian, the business manager, did an excellent job of handling the paperwork. Again, a great experience overall. More
