Service is aleways good. Mycar required two new rear tires. I am very concerned about why??? My car only has 15000 miles on it and it needs new tires??. Oil was changed when needed and the tires rota tires. I am very concerned about why??? My car only has 15000 miles on it and it needs new tires??. Oil was changed when needed and the tires rotated. My wife brought the car for service because of a tire pressure problem and we had to buy two new Pirelli tires for $ 400 later. Not so happy!! Not at all!! I am considering taking my car elsewhere in the future!! More

They were a delight to work with. They inspected the car to make sure it was in good working order, fixed most of the things that needed fixing and delivered it on time. MY 2011 535XI WAS BROUGHT IN FOR A VIBRATION NOISE IN THE ENGINE THAT STARTED ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO. AFTER BEING IN SERVICE FOR 1 FULL WEEK IT WAS DETERMINED BY BOTH THE SERVICE TEAM AND BMW THAT THE NOISE WAS ENGINE THAT STARTED ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO.
