Chris did an exceptional job in helping me out with my X6. I travel a lot and my wife was using the car when it stalled and wouldn't start. Then since I was arriving late he arranged a loaner car to waiting for me when I got home and the service department was closed for the day, so I could have a car over the thanksgiving weekend. He called and kept me informed about the status of the repairs on the X6 while I was traveling. It was good experience and all ended up good. More

Vidal spent a lot of time helping us decide on a BMW upgrade that would suit our needs. He was very friendly, professional and helpful and at no time did we feel pressured! Ian was friendly and professional, however we never received a call back from him regarding the results of our finance application and got financing on our own. Also, when we sat with him to finalize our purchase, he did not have the correct numbers and led us to believe we would be getting an approximate $2k refund, which we opted to use to purchase an extended warranty. All paperwork was signed and we brought our new car home. As we pulled into our driveway, we received a call from Ian informing us that the numbers he gave us was incorrect and that we were not due the $2k refund and we would have to purchase the extended warranty out of pocket. We were also disappointed that the vehicle we purchased was advertised online for $35,900. When we inquired about the vehicle, the sales manager said the price was an error and that the correct price was $37,600. The manager refused to honor the online advertised price. We did like the people we dealt with on a personal level, but was not exactly happy with the business professionalism of the dealership. We are not first time BMW customers and purchased our first BMW through another dealership that in comparison, went above and beyond to make us happy and get the deal done. More

I never felt pressured, or that I was being given a "sales pitch"… he simply listened to my concerns & needs regarding the purchase of a new BMW. He introduced me to sales manager, Lori Precht, who was equally friendly & genuine, & they worked with me on building the vehicle that I wanted, negotiating my trade-in value, & pricing of my new X3. The customer service at Habberstad of Bay Shore surpassed every other BMW dealership I had previously visited! It was a wonderful, pleasant experience from beginning to end & I would STRONGLY recommend anyone looking to buy a BMW, to go visit the team at Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore! More
