I had not been to a BMW dealership for quite some time and decided to stop in at the dealership in Bayshore, recalling that it had just opened a few years ago. I was promptly greeted by the dealership's reception and introduced to Carlos Villegas. Carlos walked me through the car I was considering (528i), took me for a lengthy test drive (which seems to be a rare experience as many other dealerships where they expect you to get the feel of the car by driving around the block) and made the shopping experience very relaxed. I had not owned a BMW in over 13 years, so I was very impressed with the 2014 528i. Carlos made the car selection process very easy; he was able to source a car within a very short period of time and his price was competitive. He really went the extra mile to get me the car with the color and specific options I wanted. In short, he made the process easy and quick. I have had my 528i now for about 3 weeks and am really enjoying it. I would highly recommend the 528i for those in the market for a sporty-family sedan and Carlos Villegas at BMW of Bayshore. More

Generally speaking people typically only leave negative reviews or comments on the internet and I rarely ever post reviews in general however after recently having the pleasure of doing business with Habbe reviews or comments on the internet and I rarely ever post reviews in general however after recently having the pleasure of doing business with Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore I felt a glowing testimonial was in order. After searching the Tri-State area for weeks if not months I finally found and purchased a previously owned 2011 BMW X5M with relatively low mileage at BMW of Bay Shore. I promptly submitted an inquiry and the vehicle was held for me. I met with Greg Cola and was greeted with a smile and firm handshake. Greg has a different approach to doing business that I am not accustom to when it comes to purchasing vehicles. His no pressure and laid back approach is not something you come across too often and he was able to go over the vehicle in detail with little hesitation or need for research. After going back and forth and deciding this is the one I purchased it. It was a spot delivery on a Saturday afternoon and John Cuozzo and his team quickly prepped the vehicle for sale while we went over the paperwork and sealed the deal. I drove off and brought the vehicle home and parked it in the garage. Upon further inspection I noticed a few imperfections and issues which needed to be addressed which is not uncommon when buying a previously owned vehicle but still something that needed to be resolved. John Cuozzo went out of his way to arrange an appointment for me with a loaner in a timely fashion despite being the midst of one of the worst snow storms and winters our area has seen. When I arrived I dropped off the vehicle and a loaner was available as promised and I was in and out without issue. Shortly after George Ikonomou contacted me and went over the Repair Order. George went above and beyond what was expected and not only met my expectations but blew past them. I have owned many sport, exotic and luxury vehicles over the years and worked with many dealerships in the Tri-State area and when I say I have not come across professionalism like this I speak from experience. While I am not local to the service department I have decided to retain them for routine service and maintenance simply because I was so impressed and pleased with the way my issues were addressed, treated and resolved. I look forward to a long lasting relationship between sales, service and myself. This is the second vehicle we've leased from BMW in Bayshore, and from Paul Senft. Both experiences were very pleasant and in both cases we felt like we got the car we wanted for a good deal, without a Bayshore, and from Paul Senft. I just purchased a 2011 550xi GT with 20k miles and brought it in for Dinan Stage 2, NYS inspection and a general look over. Everything went very well. Keith in parts did a great job educating me on Dinan ST2 and then handed me off to Rick. Rick made sure that the service foreman looked over my car and we were able to address some other issues. I replaced the front tires because they were the wrong size and BMW took care of a few items that were covered under the normal maintenance/service warranty. To my surprise, the dealership's price for the tire replacement was very competitive. Since taking my car home, I have had follow up from Keith in parts, Rick in service and a customer service person to see if everything is okay. Wow! More
