I worked with Xavier and he was very easy to work with and straightforward. We agreed on a price and I was able to take delivery the next day. Xavier kept his promises even after the deal was closed; which was to get me the owners manual which was missing from the vehicle. Typically a dealer/salesman forgets about you after the deal is closed; but not Xavier. He was very proactive and got me the owners manual. I would highly recommend this dealer and Xavier! Thanks ! After reading all of the positive reviews of John and the dealership I decided to move ahead with the purchase. Buying a vehicle without actually seeing it is nerve wracking. There is a period where you paid for it but you don't have it yet and haven't actually seen it. I was also reluctant to buy anything from a dealer because I've had such great luck with private party purchases over the past ten years. Throughout the process John was sincere and patient. I had his cell phone number, which he probably regrets giving me, and he would respond to calls/texts/concerns immediately. I had the vehicle shipped form NY to CO. The condition that the vehicle arrived in far surpassed what I had anticipated. With the exception of a few scratches, which John had sent pictures of prior to purchase, the car looked new. The engine was detailed/cleaned to a degree that is very impressive. When I was working with John on the price he gave me a bottom line which seemed more than fair. Overall this was a great transaction and I would recommend anyone looking for a BMW to consider calling these guys. More

This is exactly how my BMW search went...I knew exactly the features, colors, and technology that I wanted, and I wanted to get it as quickly as possible. Robert Pelligrino knows how to expedite a process like no salesperson I've ever worked with. From working out insurance information to filling EVERY requirement I had, Robert had a car with my exact requirements located within 5 minutes of speaking...and this is after another dealership on Long Island spent over a week telling me that these specifications could NOT be found without a custom order. Dealing with Robert was such a pleasure, and I was so happy already that I couldn't imagine still being surprised...but when I arrived, I saw that the dealership at Habberstad Bayshore is a truly modern, beautiful facility that looks like it was designed by German engineers. They had a very comfortable lounge area for the kids while I took care of finalizing the deal with the finance manager. Dealing with the finance manager in any dealership is always a dicey affair, as there is always a fee or service that you didn't expect and you invariably walk out feeling like they "got one over on you" at the last minute; This was absolutely NOT the case with Habberstad! The meeting with finance was quick and easy, there were no surprises that Robert had not already prepared me for, and everything was (thankfully) computerized. All contract details were reviewed on a screen and signed on a signature pad, there was no ancient looking 3 foot long contract that jammed every time it went into the printer, and the finance manager really KNEW the car. The finance manager was as excited about the car as I was, and he truly got me excited about getting into the vehicle. He also had a british James-Bond sounding accent, and hearing him call my new car the, "Ultimate Driving Machine" again and again really made me feel like this car was something incredible. Finally, to complete things, they offered access to a "BMW users group" that meets at the dealership on Thursday nights to review any technical issues that you may be struggling with in the car. The staff at Habberstad took all of the time that I needed to explain the car's technology in great detail, but having access to a users group post sale is truly next level thinking. BMW takes care of of its clientele in a way that guarantees that you will return for your next vehicle. I highly recommend Habberstad Bayshore BMW, and highly recommend working with Robert Pelligrino. Robert could not have made the process easier, and he went as far as he could to make sure that I had exactly what I wanted. These guys are the best, even if you have to come east into Suffolk County from Nassau, Queens, or further...Habberstad is worth the trip. More
