I have been a customer at competition bmw for years. I decided to give your dealership a try. My saleman was very helpful and i enjoyed working with him. My issue was the wait for the finance manage I decided to give your dealership a try. My saleman was very helpful and i enjoyed working with him. My issue was the wait for the finance manager. I felt it was not personal. I waited all day for the car to get washed. I also tod them about cratches that were supposed to be rubbed out but were not. Also there was not a care package given such as my past purchases. More
