Outstanding experience. When my wife and I walked in Habberstad dealership, we were welcomed by each person we saw with friendly smiles. We were just going to look at different cars, but the overall appearance of the dealership, there attention to detail and different offerings for coffee, cake got my attention. As we inquired about different series on the BMW's we were introduced to our salesman Justin. Justin is the type of salesman u want to do business with, no pressure, nothing but true facts about the car, patience with the wife's questions (her car, not mine) and the patience to go over each option, and the test drive, helping her to make the decision of a lifetime. After my wife made her decision on the 500 series Justin walked me thru the lease process and the negotiations without a hitch, being honest and true. Then we met with Dennis, who's technical expertise, (which was impressing), made our process easy. Dennis continued to make us fell we were part of the BMW family, and to our surprise, thru in a few perks. My wife and I can say this ....."our experience was nothing short of OUTSTANDING"). More
