After Jose knew what I was looking for, we went on a test drive of a 330i and I fell in love with the car! Jose actually found a better vehicle for me, with less mileage and a better interior & electronics package. Jose put the car on hold for a couple of days. My husband and I went for a test drive of the 2017 330i xDrive and we both fell in love with it! We ended up purchasing the car a couple of days after that and worked with Dennis Gonzalez regarding the finances. Dennis was also very friendly, informative and efficient -- getting us out of there quickly. I still love the car! More

2017 BMW 330i xDrive Once again Habberstad delivered excellence at every step of the way from the first greeting and right through delivery! This was my second purchase wi Once again Habberstad delivered excellence at every step of the way from the first greeting and right through delivery! This was my second purchase with Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore and as long as they keep treating me the way that they do I'll always be back. I had put a lot of mileage commuting to work on my 2016 328i and I was fast approaching warranty time! I didn't think it would be possible for them to do anything for me, but once they showed me the comparison of what I would have to pay to extend the warranty versus getting me in a brand new 2017 330i xDrive with the same payment that I was making...well, it was a no brainer! Melissa was fantastic...very understanding of what I was looking to accomplish and she presented me with a number of different options and cars and was extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. When I came to take delivery of the vehicle it took some time, but again Melissa was patient with me and made sure that I was happy throughout the entire process. Dennis Gonzales from Finance was fantastic as usual and he always makes sure to spend time to make sure you understand every document, but at the same time doesn't make it a crazy 3 to 4 hour process (which I've experienced at many other dealerships). James Kuziw, the resident BMW Genius at Habberstad was also great. He also takes the time to make sure you understand everything you need to know about the car and it's great that he makes himself available via cell and text to answer any additional questions that come up, Like I said...I love this dealership and will keep coming back as long as they keep doing the right thing...and with the great staff that they have in place I don't see why that won't be the case! Also, a shout out to John Cuozo, who also helped to facilitate this deal and made this happen! Thanks again guys...I love the new car! More
