I think Michael represents the brand very well. Bringing your car in for service can be a hastle but not when you’re dealing with Michael or any of the other staff members at Habberstad BMW. More

Zero Stars If I could give negative stars i would. My mother brought in her 2011 328 for a broken rear 3rd light. Was told there was a diagnostic fee that woul If I could give negative stars i would. My mother brought in her 2011 328 for a broken rear 3rd light. Was told there was a diagnostic fee that would be applied to the service. Turns out BMW can't actually service the issue and still charged my mother. At no point was she informed that if the service couldn't be performed would she be carges nearly 200$. According to the service manager Vincent they performed over an hour of work to drop a headliner . This dealership and Vincent in particular don't care about their customers and are only trying to scam with ridiculous fees. Don't go here More

The sales process was professional, low pressure, and Jose Rivas gave me a great deal on a demo model that I had liked on the lot. The car had some scratches on one rim when I picked it up; so they made good on that and promised to fix the damage at no charge. My next experience is with the service department where I met Mike Apuzzo. Mike took excellent care of me, and my car. Mike is a true professional, and provided the level of service that you would expect to receive for a premium brand vehicle. Mike called me every day with updates, and an ETA on when my car would be completed. Mike put me in a loaner, had my rim refinished in a couple of days, and as I work from home, they delivered the car to my house when it was complete. Great sales & service experience. More
