Hello, Like I said in review. ABS light went on VW did a scan and it needs new ABS sensors, a $30.00 part and your dealer said they would not fix it, also you put new pads on the car when it needed pads and rotors. Just spent $800 on redoing the brakes. You tell the customer it just has to pass inspection. That is not the type of experience you would expect from a high end BMW dealership. Felt more like I went to any used car corner dealer. I paid $18,000 for a car and already have to put $1,000 into it. Wouldn't you be upset?

Vincent I would love for you to stop lying. I called you 4 days ago got nothing back from you. Your finance manager Dave in Bayshore told me it didn't matter what dealer I bought it from. He also stated he would back date it to the day I bought the car and also told me it was effective immediately. I even asked if I had to bring the car down for you to look at before I purchase The tire protection plan he told me no the only thing I need is your Vin number. And I also have that in writing from him in an email. So maybe Habberstadt should be apologizing to me that's a start. Thank you

Hi Vincent, I spoke to you directly when I had an issue, you were dismissive and no help. You are only reacting to this because it's in the public view, you have no real desire to address any issues. I had consistent quality issues on repairs your team did and would never think about going back to a Habberstad dealership. I love BWM cars but will buy and service at a different dealership.
