Frank, my salesman, was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles I looked at and not in the least pushy about making a sale. He arranged for me to pick the car up the next day on short notice and prom the vehicles I looked at and not in the least pushy about making a sale. This is the fifth BMW that I have leased/purchased, and this sales experience was the best yet! No high pressure sales, just straight, honest, and practical answers to all of my questions. Lori Precht led me through the all of the possibilities, and she helped me to find the perfect model for my needs with just the right choice of options; Rob Pellegrino moved me through the paperwork quickly and efficiently so that I understood clearly what I was signing; Paul Senft gave me the tour of my new 535xi, and I actually did understand (without feeling inept) how to use all of the options by the time he finished; Mary Spira was very helpful in the closing details. Overall, a totally positive experience, and I would be happy to recommend BMW of Bay Shore to anyone! More

I brought my car in for service and was told it needed a new transmisson shifter and module installed. I was told there were only two in the country and one was being overnighted for them to install tomorro new transmisson shifter and module installed. I was told there were only two in the country and one was being overnighted for them to install tomorrow and Jon would contact me tomorrow. By 11:00 the next day Jon called me to say my car was all ready for pickup.I never expected the car to be repaired so quickly, with it needing programming I expected to wait atleast another day or two before seeing my car. I was shocked by how effiecent the service was and happy to have my car back. Thats how service should be. More
