Extremely friendly.. Both Rob and John were ready to go out of their way to help me :) After I placed the order, it took approx 4 weeks to take delivery. Frank, my salesman, was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles I looked at and not in the least pushy about making a sale. He arranged for me to pick the car up the next day on short notice and prom the vehicles I looked at and not in the least pushy about making a sale. Lori Precht led me through the all of the possibilities, and she helped me to find the perfect model for my needs with just the right choice of options; Rob Pellegrino moved me through the paperwork quickly and efficiently so that I understood clearly what I was signing; Paul Senft gave me the tour of my new 535xi, and I actually did understand (without feeling inept) how to use all of the options by the time he finished; Mary Spira was very helpful in the closing details. Overall, a totally positive experience, and I would be happy to recommend BMW of Bay Shore to anyone! More
