I'd like to thank Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore for another excellent service experience. My 2017 is out of warranty and since I know very little of car repair and expected maintenance, I rely on Luis Naranjo excellent service experience. I never feel pushed or concerned when with Luis. Trust is everything with BMW vehicles that they can run perfectly for many years. A excellent service advisor is so important in confidence and care. I've committed to Luis to use Habberstad for all my care needs because of him and your mechanics who do the right thing by their customers. Please take extra note of Luis, who answers his phone on his days off and while with his family as needed. His honesty and reliability is what keeps me coming back exclusively to Bay Shore. Side shout out to Rudy, who has helped me on days I missed Luis. Both are outstanding in competence and kindness. More
