I would highly recommend this Dealership and my Sales Person John Terhani . I was nearing the end of my lease on a Mercedes SUV and decided to walk into Haberstaad as I service my BMW 650 there and found Person John Terhani . The receptionist placed us with John and we bought an x-5 from him on the spot! He was professional , friendly and made the experience wonderful . We picked up the car the following week and he made sure that all of the paperwork was seamless ! I would like Mr. Haberstaad to know that we are thrilled with the car . I received great training on alll of the cool updates that this model had and after that John was nice enough to give me an addiitonal leasson in the car ! Today I was back in the office at Habberstad picking up my sons beautiful 2012 3 Series. Black with red leather interior. This is a beautiful car. Two weeks ago my daughter in law purchased her new 6 series. It's definitely a BMW family. With all this said, this could not have been done without the help of the wonderful employees at Habberstad. Diligent employees like these are not found just anywhere. Emad and John spent so many hours with us and they expedited everything in such a timely manner. I cannot thank them enough. I brought my car in last year for service and I didn't write a complaint, because I have always been the silent ,never comeback customer.
