James made me feel completely welcomed on our first visit and went over the different car and financial options thoroughly without pushing too hard on our decision making. I was very specific in my search and James spent a considerable amount of time to help me get the exact car I wanted. His presentation was extremely professional, and his service went above and beyond what I was accustomed to in the past with sales reps. On the day that I was supposed to pick-up my vehicle, I had an issue with the car rental company who would not provide me with transportation to Habberstad. I was able to call James for help and he personally to pick me up from the rental company within minutes. In the week following my first week with the new car, I received correspondences from both James and the dealership to make sure that I was happy with the purchase and did not have any issues. I will definitely be coming back to James for any new purchases, and would recommend the same to friends and family! More
