As soon as I stepped into the dealership Geno met me at the door, noted all I was looking for on his yellow tablet. Looked me in the eye and said we have what you ,are looking for. If it wasn't for Geno this dealer would have walked all over me numbers wise. The shop was clean and the employees communicate with each other very well. And it's a nice open environment. The hospitality I received was about as average as any other dealer I would have went too. My car was washed before I drove away but the detailer did Not do a very good job. Dirt in for jambs. Wheel liners and the tires looked like someone just have effort sprayed tire shine on this. I'm not sure if they really did any sort of inspection on my vehicle my cabin air filter was so dirty that I dumped dirt out of it be for I put in a new one hours after buying it. With that being said I voiced my concerns and they fixed them IMMEDIATELY. To wrap this up.. This dealer is an average dealer. Gino is amazing! More
