I went with my god daughter on my birthday, July 4th to get an SUV using my car as a trade in. I was told that since what was owned on my car was more than what it was worth, the bank would only approve a get an SUV using my car as a trade in. I was told that since what was owned on my car was more than what it was worth, the bank would only approve a 2006 Jeep Commander. They in turn also told me that a 2006 Jeep Commander is the only vehicle that could "eat up" the negative equity in my car. I was also told that my payment would be mid $400. They had me sign all this paperwork, transferred my license plates from my car to the Commander & had me transfer my insurance & I drove it off the lot. I was also told that I had to bring it back for an oil change because the service dept was closed that day. I called on Friday, July 6th to find out what exactly my payment would be. I was told that the bank had me at $400.00 per month but THEY, Hassz, wanted the bank to go over $400. Why you ask? I have no idea. Sounds suspicious huh? At any rate, I received a voicemail from the salesman today tell me that the bank would not approve the Commander (after I was told that they did) but he had good news that the bank would approve me for a 2012 Chrysler 200 using all the rebates. I told them I DID NOT WANT A CAR 2012 OR NOT. My aunt tells me I should get an attorney & fight them because once I drove it off their lot it was mine, they should have NEVER transferred my plates to the Jeep nor had me transfer my insurance & NEVER should have let me drive the car off the lot without having the financing actually approved & another dealership has told me the same thing. So this vehicle will be going back to them. I'm s0 tempted to make them take me to court to get it back because I am pissed!! But I don't need anymore headache then what I've already had because of them. I will NOT EVER go to them again nor refer anyone to them. They are very deceptive!!! More
i was looking at a truck, asked it it was there and the lady said yes. waited three days asked again she said yep still here. drove two hrs there... guess what!!!! After 3 days of talking to this dealership on the phone regarding the car we were looking at, financing, and trade in, we were more than promised our numbers would be close. We live approx. 3-1/2 hours away but we knew we had to make the trip for our appraisal on our trade in. We decided that their customer service thus far exceeded what we have ever experienced locally so we made the trip. Well... what a sales ploy. Our payment went up over 100 dollars and the terms of the loan increased by a year. What a joke. Also, the used car we were looking at had a few issues....they took off 1000. THATS IT. We left the dealership shortly after 9pm with NO DEAL or hopes of one. They are pathetic.... and they lie. BEWARE More
Recently bought a used car from this dealership. It needed an alignment and tires rotated. The salesman promised me it would be done when I picked the car up. When I arrived to pick up my car the sales needed an alignment and tires rotated. The salesman promised me it would be done when I picked the car up. When I arrived to pick up my car the salesman told me right away that it had been aligned and tires rotated. I thanked him and signed my name on the dotted line multiple times and drove off with my car. When on the highway, I discovered the car still pulled to the left so it had never been aligned and my husband, who is very observant, saw that the passenger tire was still the same tire that was on when we had first driven the car. So I in a nut shell, I was lied to. Also, the "gave" me $2500 for my old car and now have it listed for $7999 and state that it has been reduced from $8989. It has only been on the lot for 4 days, quick reduction! More
When I arrived at Haasz before I even walked into the dealership everyone was so nice, I was met outside by a sales rep who worked with me through the whole process. I didn't have any particular car in m dealership everyone was so nice, I was met outside by a sales rep who worked with me through the whole process. I didn't have any particular car in mind when I came here and it was a good thing I didn't because there was soooo many different make and models to choose from! After test driving several I finally settled on an 09 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I love. The sales rep was so patient through the whole process and once I picked out my jeep the rest of the process was quick and smooth. We are planning on purchasing another vehicle in a month or so and I am for sure going back to Haasz More
