I went to haasz automall on labor day to look at cars. I also needed some service on the car and gary shell gave me a loaner and brian took care of the repairs. it was a great experience and I am comfortable with recommending this dealer. More

The people were super nice and supportive in the car buying process. I've never bought a car before so I was worried about trying to "haggle" with an annoying salesperson, but with Haasz I didn't have t buying process. My initial experience with Haasz Automall was nice. The salesman greeted me in the parking lot, and everyone seemed to be very helpful. I sat down with the salesman and we reviewed all of my financial information and we scheduled a second visit for the following day for him to take a look at my trade. The salesman test drove my vehicle and recorded all of my information and advised me that he would give me a call after the finance dept., had a chance to review my paperwork. Two days later I emailed my salesman in regards to the phone call that I should have received.......two days later I received a return email stating that I will receive a call when management returned to the office. Five days later I have yet to receive a phone call to state either an approval and or denial. My overall experience with Haasz again was nice but the follow up and communication from Haasz Automall was very poor and I would not recommend their dealership to anyone because of my own personal experience. P.S. My salesman Jay Scaletta was very helpful and friendly, I would however recommend him as a salesman. He appeared to do everything within his reach to assist me. Ultimately it is the finance and management's responsibility as a reputable dealership to follow up with their salesman in order for him and or her to follow up with their custom More

I brought my 03 Sebring in for a loud noise in the front and for front brakes. The noise was not related to the brakes and at first the car would not make the noise I was referring to. The Tech Jim, was con and for front brakes. The noise was not related to the brakes and at first the car would not make the noise I was referring to. The Tech Jim, was concerned about the noise I was complaining about and asked to go for a ride with me because he could not hear the noise I was referring to. Finally while on our ride, the car made the noise. Jim spent a lot of time searching the car to make sure there was no issues. He could not find any. He did grease up the front end up really good and NO Noise anymore! YAY!! I was told that I had nothing to fear while driving the car and that i was safe. Whew...That is what I wanted to hear. Also, as far as the brakes ( pads and rotors) are concerned that was replaced. If this is the way this car should have driven with good brakes.....I haven't had good brakes in years!! Feels like driving a new car! Thank you again Haasz Automall for another great trip to your service center. Another satisfied customer!! More

The dealership comes across as friendly and open to deal with, as demonstrated by the employees. We were allowed a test drive on our own, to evaluate how we liked the car, and without a sales push. This was THE BEST car buying that experience that I have ever had. Tom greeted me in the parking lot, I felt comfortable right out of the gate. When I went in to talk about the vehicle and what I wanted he was so nice and patient with all of my questions and concerns. Andy worked very hard to find the color and features I wanted Thank You, Andy . The only thing they didn't have that I wanted was a rear back-up camera. They told me no problem, they could do that. While we were waiting for the financing and stuff to finish Tom shared some family stories that I took much pleasure in listening to. It felt like I was in the living room of a good friend's house. Andy was awesome as well. I got the amount that I was hoping for on my trade-in. He came by several times to keep me informed on what was going on and what was happening. My Jeep came in late Friday evening Tom called to let me know, he was working late to do some paperwork and did not need to call until Saturday but he went the extra mile to let me know,much appreciated, Tom. I had had a family issue and had to leave Saturday morning to go out of town, the Haasz team made it possible for me to do that with my new jeep. Greg, my experience with you was most pleasurable. Can't wait to g Linda, thank you so much for your time and patience with my media issues. I am totally technically challenged, but you stuck it out and got the job done, you're my hero!!! I went to 3 different dealers looking for a new truck. Haasz gave me the best deal for my trade in truck and also with the rebates going on the best price on my new 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 truck.
