I wasted 1.5 hrs of my life with these DISHONEST CROOKS ,after discussing with Brittney off and on for a week i told her what i could do and time!! RAISED THE PRICE $1000.00 ,they offered crap for my trade in ..it's a p.o.s i know but $500 come one...I told them what i wanted and what i could do on payments and they RAISED IT BY $100...so then it wasn't even affordable I WILL NEVER GO BACK, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM !!!! STAY AWAY!!! ...THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE (BIG) SALES ...THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE LITTLE GUY! and the car was $6000, thats not s@#% to them.... F-..... STAY AWAY NOT TRUSTWORTHY!! This dealership is not honest, has no integrity, and does not stick behind their promises or commitments. My car was recalled for some computer issues. We not only received a card about this in the mail, the dealership called us twice. And because it took so long we also got a free oil change for the inconvenience. We appreciate their hard work and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. I was impressed with the vehicle, but more impressed with the respect and patience I was granted by Jeff and his manager, Justin. It didn't take long to meet on an incredible price (for me anyways) and I was sent home with a beautiful car. The financing was simple and the service shop even gave me a courtesy look-over. My husband and I had been talking about a Jeep for almost a year. We wanted something that we could pull behind our motorhome and I could use it as my car so we could leave our adapted van at home. We were looking at Jeep models and hoping to find something that was manual. The thought of going to a large car lot was not a pleasant thought because we have been at them in the past and always left from the high pressure tactics that were used. We happened to be out on a ride and we saw two Jeep Wranglers out front at the Haasz Auto Mall in Dalton and we decided to just stop and look. We had no intentions of buying anything. We hadn't even driven a Jeep before. A wonderful salesman, Zach, approach us and answered all of our questions about the two used Jeeps on the lot. Zach invited us in and asked us what our wishes would be on a new Wrangler. We told him and he gave us a great price on a new 2013. We weren't thrilled with the available color and told Zach we would think about it and call him back the next day. Zach called us later that evening and we told him we just didn't want the color that was available -he said he'd call us back. Half an hour later, he called and told us they would order us a BRAND NEW 2014 exactly as we wanted it for the same price! This dealership has bent over backwards for us and has done nothing but work with us and make our dreams come true. They have been very honest with absolutely NO pressure. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so. We have found our dealership and will come back again. We cannot say enough how wonderful they have been with us. We really liked Mr. Yoder! More
I live in the northern panhandle of West Virginia and recently purchased a car from Haaz Automall. From the beginning, being on the telephone with Nate giving me directions; to driving off the lot; I wa recently purchased a car from Haaz Automall. Zach Smith was my salesperson, and to say he was wonderful doesn't quite cover it. Zach was extremely knowledgeable on the Chrysler 300 and knew everything there was to know about the car and it's many wonderful accessories. Great car! I love it. I left the dealership feeling like I was leaving a friend behind. He couldn't have possibly done more to assist me, and answer my questions. There was no pushiness for me to buy the car, etc. (all the things we hate about car salesmen) lol. It was well worth the drive for the service I received; not to mention the great price! I went there to trade in my 2011 kia for a older midsize suv but I was able to get finance for a brand new 2014 jeep I was very happy with the vehicle it's what I always wanted..When I took the car home it suv but I was able to get finance for a brand new 2014 jeep I was very happy with the vehicle it's what I always wanted..When I took the car home it was brand new being that it was brand new I know that there can be any issues being that I'm the first driver some type of sensor came loose and I called justin on the week end and he answered and was able to guide me to what I needed to do I called and they took the car in and gave me a loaner so I can get to work on time that mention a lot to me and being that I live About 30 min away they were nice would to provide fuel because I had to go to work my first visit and would have to come back out to finish the paper work I was very great fun for this More
I first went to the dalton location and was told by Joe Ault that all i had to do was go get one paper and I was good to go. Then I get a call from a Brad at this location and was told to go to the Ravenna Ault that all i had to do was go get one paper and I was good to go. Then I get a call from a Brad at this location and was told to go to the Ravenna location due to they had the vehicles that would fit my needs. I call them and get everything set up and finally make an hour drive to go to this such great location and get there to have to deal with a woman by the name of Linda Sousa. This lady has NO PEOPLE SKILLS AT ALL. Every time I tried to tell her what I the customer wanted she cut me off and would say just relax. She lied to me about the dalton location, kept trying to do her own thing so she could get her commission and out right refused to listen to the customer and my needs. Mind you this lady Linda is a floor manager. After sitting there for almost three hours Linda pulls me into her office to tell me that I have to wait for 2-3 more days. I told her thanks but no thanks and that my experience with her and this dealership was the worst I have ever had and JD Byrider has better service than she did. Then a guy named Andy comes up to me and tells me a total different story than what this Linda said so that upset me even more. I will not do business with a company that out right refuses to listen to what the customer needs and wants just so they can make a bigger profit. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS LOCATION OR ANY OTHER LOCATION EVER! YOU WILL HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT A JD BYRIDER THAN THIS PLACE. More
