service department I've always been happy with the service department here, but today when I brought my car in for an oil change Rich in service was extremely rude. I was not greeted or acknowledged when I walked eventhough him and another employee were at the desk. Once I did get waited on Rich argued with me about my free oil change that I was entitled to due to my lease contract. Rich definitely needs to learn some customer service skills. More

At first I was worried because I knew nothing about them and they were so far away. I have now found a new home for any needed repair work and maybe even my next new vehicle purchase. They are the most honest, thorough group of people I have ever worked with. Not only did they fix all the repairs needed fromy accident but also found other things that needed to be done, sending me proof with pics, and fixing the needed repairs at a very reasonable price.
