Wonderful I was having so many issues with the Jeep Cherokee that I had purchased from a previous dealer. When the next problem presented itself, I called the o I was having so many issues with the Jeep Cherokee that I had purchased from a previous dealer. When the next problem presented itself, I called the old dealership and they couldn't see me for a week. I said enough is enough and took it to Haasz of Ravenna. They took my Jeep back straightaway to look for issues, and in the meantime, put me in a rental and showed me new Jeeps. My Jeep ended up needing repairs and drove very well after being fixed. I did decide to purchase something new and was given the deal of a lifetime. Everyone was just too kind. My car salesman has checked on me even after the purchase and I really appreciate that. I'm definitely a customer for life. More
