Christy is AWESOME!!!!!! We bought a 2017 jeep Cherokee trail hawk. We love the vehicle it is amazing, it did not come with the second key though. Because we live far from the dealership we were not able to schedule a good time to get the second key. After one year We were traveling past the dealership on a Saturday. We stopped in and met Christy Six in the service department. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had the key that was owed to us.
