He went above and beyond the call of “duty” and we greatly appreciate that. Took time to show us how to use new technologies in the vehicle we chose. Spent sufficient time going over paperwork so we understood it all. Made sure our van was spiffy clean before we took it home. Bought a 2019 Dodge Ram Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to accommodate our needs. Our salesman Rick McCoy stayed late 2 days to make sure we get what we want and e Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to accommodate our needs. Our salesman Rick McCoy stayed late 2 days to make sure we get what we want and everything was squared away. When we bought our truck we still needed a couple of things to be added. The service department contacted us within 2 weeks to schedule the installations. While our car was being worked on, staff kept us posted on the progrees throughout the day. Great experience, thank you Haasz! More
