Recently had my Ford Escape serviced at Haag Ford in Lawrenceburg, IN. This routine service revealed needed brake service which I was not expecting at the time. Jim spoke to the service manage and mechanic on my behalf; a service plan was discussed and service was completed timely and satisfactorily. While I waited, I chatted with Jim about the new Bronco Sport. poor service department 7.3 F350 requested synthetic oil 3 different service visits, wrong oil put in it did not put enough oil in the truck, they had to come get it with 7.3 F350 requested synthetic oil 3 different service visits, wrong oil put in it did not put enough oil in the truck, they had to come get it with a flat bed, then they did they did not put enough transmission fluid in the truck on a seperate service most recently my sons F350 was taken there and the service tech backed his truck up and broke his side mirror tired of this and now waiting to see how fast and good of a job they do by fixing his truck, before i do any further business there. really poor service techs More
