My vehicle was an unplanned, no appointment, drop-off. I really didn't have an immediate assigned service manager/advisor, and spoke with three different persons over the ensuing 4 days. I did receive help at all points, but continuity was somewhat eradicate. This was resolved when I was assigned to Kevin's team, and they provided me with excellent service. More
