I honestly wish that I could give a better review because I actually had a great buying experience. However, I purchased an EV with the understanding that I would get a tax credit on the car and I am not abl I actually had a great buying experience. After a month and a half of trying to talk to someone about this (repeatedly being told that I would get a call back and not hearing anything) I finally spoke with the general manager and was told that the tax credit would have been applied at the time of sale if I asked about it. I asked 3 different people about it on the day I purchased my car and was ultimately told that I just need to report the purchase on my taxes. This did not work. I now feel I have been shorted $4,000 because the dealership did not do their job. The general manager told me repeatedly that there was nothing they can do and I am disappointed by the dealership not doing anything to try to make this right. More

I bought a chevy with remote start but the remote that came with the car unlocked and locked it but could not remote start the car because the remote was or is for a Cadillac with no remote start button.... 2. On the second day of driving on my way to work part of the lower bumper on the car flew off because whoever repaired the car before being offered for sale did not do a proper repair job and did not attach the lower bumper on the car properly... 3. So the car has wheel locks on the wheels and no one mentioned that and the most important part is they didn't give us the wheel lock key because the dealership didn't even get the wheel lock key when they got it and didn't remove the wheel locks before selling me the car... so I'm stuck with trying to remove the wheel locks without the wheel lock key.....(hope i don't get a flat before I can get a way to remove them.... 4. I have called numerous times to talk with any manager to resolve these minor issues only to be ignored with no return phone calls or anything else... I'm very disappointed with how this situation was not handled... i wouldn't recommend thus dealership to anyone.... More
BEWARE OUT OF STATERS BUYING AT THIS DEALERSHIP! !!!! So my husband and I live in Maine and helping our son out in purchasing a safe, reliable car since he recently moved to Florida. Do NOT buy from this dealership in ANY of its locations. We paid approximately $15,000 when all is said and done and the car is non- drivable!!! My son had his car a week and it stalled and engine light came on. When he went to dealers they REFUSED to even talk. Now 2 weeks later the car is leaking oil so badly it is non-drivable (he has put on less than 100 miles!). At this point the engine has most likely seized and will need a new engine or be scrapped. If the dealership didn’t want to talk 3 weeks ago they sure as heck won’t now!!! Very sneaky, unethical car dealership. And as an out of stater beware as Florida does not have a lemon law for used cars unlike Maine. Sincerely, Sheila from Maine! 😡 More

They had my car for almost a week and I got it back and it was still making the same noise as before and they are refusing to fix or do anything else about the noise continued to hear because according to them, they could only replicate it once "and then refuse to tell me even what is causing the noise other than repeatedly telling me that it's not a safety issue, but won't tell me what the grinding and creaking noise actually is. They refused to tell me why the statement on the website says " At HGreg.com, we stand behind the quality of our vehicles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase" but now they are telling me that it's only referring to the safety of the vehicle, not if any repairs are needed that aren't safety related, which at this point I don't trust as their website also states that " All of our vehicles undergo a multi-point inspection and spend more than a week being reconditioned before becoming part of our inventory. Our cars may have a history, but they have nothing to hide." But yet I immediately became aware of a major issue less than 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle that turned out to be a bent axle. How does a car get a pass with a multipoint inspection and be reconditioned for over a week but a Bent axle was not discovered until I brought it to their attention, and I am not even a mechanic? That should have been discovered BEFORE I BOUGHT IT!! They're also refusing to wait for me to come in tomorrow to replicate the noise for them, only if I do it today before 5pm but I don't have the ability to do that due to not having a ride there because they have my vehicle. Do you realize that I was sold a vehicle with a bent axle that you failed to observe during your "multipoint inspection". ?!?! That means your judgement is impaired at best, non-existent at worst, which means a second opinion could be life saving, depending on what else you've missed. Do the right thing. Be better. Do better. More
