Overall poor service. The sales person matched up to me (Maria) was very nice but spoke little English which created ongoing issues throughout the process. Numerous people had to get involved. I received several calls (some within the same day) from different people at the dealership asking the same questions. I was told that my vehicle would be ready to pick up at a certain time. Upon arrival, it took them over 30 minutes to figure out what was going on with the vehicle I purchased. It was clear that the paperwork had not be completed. I was told that the finance person who I dealt with (I paid cash) did not complete necessary tag paperwork and the dealership only had one other finance person working at the time I was there. In short, I waiting over 2 hours. During that time I had to walk around to get someone to tell me what was happening. I counted over 30 employees working that morning. Interesting that only one person can process tag information. More

Step by step he assured us with honest and straightforward with opinions on the vehicle of choice which was a 2018 Camaro SS. After discussing about the car, he took us outside to inspect and view the car for ourselves. The car was already clean and as perfect as could be. I hopped in and we took it for a ride as Marco showed us all features the car had to offer. Then the rest was a breeze, the paperwork and payment was brought to us by proffesionals. Lastly they set on my Onstar account for me, guiding me step by step. I’m the most grateful for the service and expertise of HGreg as I walked out happy and content in my brand new car. Bait & switch We saw a car on their website that we were interested in. We contacted the dealership to confirm it was available. We called again before driving over an hour to get there and again were assured that they had the car. However once we got there they didn’t have the car. They couldn’t explain why it was still listed on their website and they couldn’t explain why they said is was there before we drove there. They weren’t even sure how long ago the car had been sold. Contrary to the usual dealers, you aren't received by a bunch of sellers looking for a prey to earn commission. Once I arrived and provided my name a phone number, I was introduced to a seller that explained how HGreg is different. I was a bit hesitant because of how different they are, but after being explained the process and was presented all the information in a transparent way, I was in! Thank you to our Sales Rep Robert, very friendly and honest. Crista demonstrated empathy and was very understanding of our feelings about car buying with children.
