I got the impression that they may be getting more traffic than they predicted as there were a lot of customers and a few delays once the buying process started. The main person we worked with was Benny. He was very consultative, provided a lot of information and took his time to make sure we were comfortable. He had knowledge of the products and process and was easy to work with. When we made our decision we were confident in the selection based on the experience with Benny. While searching for used trucks through Autotrader and CarGurus, We noticed that HGreg had a high quantity of used truck meeting our specifications at While searching for used trucks through Autotrader and CarGurus, We noticed that HGreg had a high quantity of used truck meeting our specifications at better prices than anywhere else. We arrived and looked around the front lot without being approached which was pleasant. When we were ready to ask about two vehicles on our list that were not on the front lot we went in to the building and checked in. Robert Espejo was assigned to us. We told him which vehicles we wanted to see and he had them brought up to see and take a test drive. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the HGreg process. We drove the two trucks and were given sufficient time to inspect the vehicle before proceeding to finance. I do realize that weekends are busy and that finance does take time. I have no complaints about that process. The only reason I did not give HGreg five stars is that we did not appreciate the insurance marketing after purchase. They couldn't beat our rate and it took at least 30 minutes. In addition, the car detailing took over an hour and when the care was delivered no one remembered that we needed to transfer the plate from our old car to the new truck and turn in the keys to the trade in. We arrived at 1:30 and did not leave until after 6:30. That is WAY too long. More
