Okay here we go. First let me start by saying my sales lady was awesome and no issues there. In fact that was the only pleasant side of HGreg. I bought a Tundra on Sunday night. Took it to the tint shop Tuesday to get the window fix as the existing tint was peeling off. Got off of work and went to the gym. After leaving the gym I got into the truck and started it and the engine shut off. This happened for over 15 minutes, could not keep the truck running at all. finally I got it to started long enough to make it to the dealer and ask for my trade as well as my check. Please be careful with buying anything from this dealer. My friends at the credit union warned me not to buy anything from Hgreg but the price was really yummy. I guess the old saying that goes "you get what you paid for" is still true today. STAY AWAY FROM HGREG. Horrible experience, plus my Carfax stated no accident but after seeing the vehicle in the sun I notice the doors were freshly painted which tells me someone made repairs on this vehicle. 2014 Red limited tundra with 70xxx miles. Again don't be fool. I hope my experience will save at least one person from being taken advantage of. More
