He arranged this and told us to ask for him when returned to have the mirror repaired. He recognized us on the spot when we returned. My husband and I both appreciate the streamlined, no rush to the sale, no pressure, friendly service. We would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Emailed Albert three days ago when I could expect to receive the title and other paperwork so I could get my plates, still no response. I really don't care how many customers they are dealing with, I want to feel like I'm important to them when I'm spending tens of thousand of dollars on a car!!
