A Wonderful Experience!! They wee amazing, when I discovered that I had been approved, I was shocked. I always thought about buying a very nice care but I knew I would never be able to qualify, my car note was under water, and my score was low, - But God said Yes....!!! I have had cars I had to open up the carburetor to start, I have had cars, that would not start in the dead of winter, I had a 600.00 VW with no heat in Detroit, I have had a car that did not have power steering, I have a Benz- I have a Benz- and it only gets better from here. Exceptional and thus I must give credit where credit is due I was going through the difficult process of purchasing a vehicle outside of the United States and getting the whole process prepared prior to my arri I was going through the difficult process of purchasing a vehicle outside of the United States and getting the whole process prepared prior to my arrival which was to be only for a limited amount of time. In this day and age nobody likes to work hard or follow up or even go above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. My experience with Pedro reminded me that there are still good ones out there who take their job seriously and provide exceptional service. From the moment I began interacting with him to purchase the vehicle he was helpful, efficient, effective, and followed up constantly to make sure he answered all of my questions and provided me with all the information I requested. If he himself could not answer some of my questions he knew who to point me in the direction of and at no point during this process did I feel lost or frustrated. Rarely do I take the opportunity to write reviews of this nature but given the world we live in today where people are entitled and at the same time lazy I feel I owe it to write this review. There are still good people out there who know how to work hard, take their jobs very seriously, and provide the type of support you should expect always.
