Even more $$$ that I didn't expect to have to spend to make my car roadworthy. Purchase by phone, with little or no contact needed? LIE. I had to spend over 2 hours there, despite my best efforts for days, nothing was ready. 3 Day money back guarantee? LIE. Despite being told by two different salespeople that it would be valid on my car, after the sale suddenly it was not valid. The car was mechanically sound and safe? LIE. The alignment was so off, the two front tires had worn on the inside, through to the cord. And the rears were not much better. Going to cost me another 10% of the purchase price to fix that mess. They'll replace the missing antenna on the car? LIE. Good customer support? LIE. Every call I made to ask about what they were going to do about my tires was diverted into a dead voice mail, and when I finally got hold of my salesperson he informed me that they would do nothing. And during the purchase process (which was chaotic) I was never informed of the $1000 dealer fee, nor the cost for taxes and tags. I anticipated the latter two, but not the first. To let a car off the lot in that condition is a criminal act, someone could have been killed. Are dealers not required to admit any mechanical issues known to them? This could not have been missed by anyone doing mechanical work on the car. Don't trust these scam artists, they're the worst possible examples of the used car dealer. At least that was my experience. I recommend everyone STAY FAR AWAY, I wish I had. More

Had a terrible experience throughout the purchasing process BUT THEN followed a hunch and took the car to a manufacturer dealer to have it inspected for peace of mind and turns out they sold me a car with no oil cap on and had I driven much more the car would have been destroyed. I was annoyed they didn't do basics like put floor mats in the car, I only got one key, they didn't clean it very well, etc...but to learn the next day that their oversight and major lack of diligence could have totally destroyed this vehicle which only has 15k miles on it...seriously...what a disaster. I cannot recommend going to HGreg sadly. But if you do, do what I did and take the vehicle immediately for an inspection at a manufacturer dealer ideally. I learned, even though I was assured the car was in perfect shape and was presented with a clean CarFax report, the car I purchased had a loose bolt in the engine, no oil cap, one key only which had such a low charge that it was about to die and I wouldn't have been able to start the vehicle AND it needed basic care including oil change, brake fluids, air filters, etc. What a joke. I am keeping the car, even though it is within the three day return window, but I put ~$700 of work and maintenance into it already and if it were not for my instincts to take it in to a shop immediately for inspection it would be totaled in an engine fire on the side of the road within the next day or so because of HGreg major neglect.
