I just brought a car from HGreg Orlando,the sale person was great to find me and my daughter her first car. But when my daughter tookthe car home it started shaking a little and then the antenna case cam was great to find me and my daughter her first car. But when my daughter tookthe car home it started shaking a little and then the antenna case came off when she was driving I,call HGreg Orlando next day and the person told me to bring it back on Thursday ,I did what he said when I got the car back there the staff was rude and didn’t want to hear about anything spoken to the manger and he just blew me off.I will never buy other car from that company ,they customers service sucks. More

The customer service was one of the best I've experienced in buying a car. Albert Jrade was upfront and honest about my vehicle as though I was buying from out of State. For some reason, a lot of our paperwork for this car lists it as being bought from the Doral location when we were in fact at the Orlando location. A lot of the sales reps were standing around, sitting lists it as being bought from the Doral location when we were in fact at the Orlando location. A lot of the sales reps were standing around, sitting at the tables in the lobby, joking and laughing and carrying on while we were left waiting at every step of the process. Our sales rep was carrying his Red Bull can around everywhere he went. The car we originally came to see was incorrectly featured on their website as having a third row, which was a huge disappointment. Not only did they not detail the car before we left, they didn't gas it up or wash it. I really wanted this car, otherwise I would have left. I would not buy from here again. More
