Terrible experience The sales rep Maria was great treated me very well. Then My bad experience started the finance person was pretty bad trying to show us what he called the options in which All of them included warranties like platinum etc... So my numbers were very different and I asked him I just want to buy the car and he was pissed off he said so you just want the car? No extra insurance in case something happens? And I said no show me the rates that the banks have gave you so now my numbers were accurate obviously he did not want to show me the real interest rates from the banks and he kept saying is not the best rate but you can always refinance anywhere.... Awful experience; after everything got signed and done with this rude character the manager came in to present himself and told me that he wanted to walk away from the deal because he had realized that the sales manager had give me too much money for my trade in... Incredible but true!!!! Obviously me and my wife got very anxious and he said he was going to talk tithe owner of the dealer then he came back and said I'msorry for the bad experience let's close it and we proceed. 1 week after I'm taking groceries out of my trunk and I realized that an accident had happen in the back of the car the paint is not the original paint and it is pretty easy to see that there was a fixture....
