THEN, once we were done we had to see the insurance lady. She asked who my carrier was, then told me that my company is closed on weekends and VERY rudely told me that I could not leave with the vehicle unless I purchased her insurance policy! I called my company, had the endorsement faxed over to the dealer within ten minutes. I felt that this was a con game and it made a pleasant (except for the amount of time it took) experience turn into a nasty experience. I felt that it was a shady business practice and that step needs to be eliminated. she claimed she was independent from the dealership, and if that is the case they need to boot her out!! not only had we been there all day, but now had to deal with that nonsense...shady, shady, shady.
