Professional and Friendly Hgreg are my heroes, due to terrible misleading customer service from MIAMI ACURA, 2 months ago I traded in my BMW for the 2014 MDX Acura only to be i Hgreg are my heroes, due to terrible misleading customer service from MIAMI ACURA, 2 months ago I traded in my BMW for the 2014 MDX Acura only to be informed that 2 months later my vehicle was sold and that I was unapproved for a loan. In good faith, I opted to resolve this issue and was mislead by a phone call from John Portal from Miami Acura Finance Dept. whom advised I was approved again and that needed to resign my docs at the dealer. I proceeded to go to the dealer wherein they advised I had to return my car and that since it was a Saturday I had to come back on Monday to pick up my down payment. At the end of the day, MIAMI ACURA is the worst place to purchase a vehicle in the 20 years I have lived in Miami. They are sharks who will run your credit till there is no one out there who would provide financing. I am absolutely appalled and will definitely file a claim against MIAMI ACURA with the DBPR. As a local justice must serve with those crooks from MIAMI ACURA. On the other end, the experience and professionalism dealt at HGreg has just left me speechless THANK YOU JOSE DEBESA !
