I purchased a vehicle from them on October 9th, it has not even been a month, and I am now having transmission issues. I should have known there were underlying issues with the vehicle considering when I not even been a month, and I am now having transmission issues. I should have known there were underlying issues with the vehicle considering when I test drove the car, the brakes were squeaking, and the salesperson tried to tell me it was a plane overhead ( I must have had stupid written across my face or something). I looked at him and said that it was not a plane, and after hitting the brake 3 more times, he came to his senses and agreed it was the brakes. He offered me to fix the brakes, and I could drive off with the car that day fantastic. While the brakes are being fixed, another issue arises. Unfortunately, my bank misspelled Hgreg on the check; their solution was to try and get me to agree to have my credit ran (again) by them for a "backup loan" again. I must have had stupid written across my face because there's no way I would allow them to rerun my credit after some time that issue gets resolved, and because I am not an idiot, my credit was saved. After waiting since about 10 when the car was taken to have the brakes fixed, the car finally arrived back at 1:15. Even though I was told at 11:20 it would be no more than 45 minutes. I am rushing as I have to get to work and finally drive off the lot. Not even a full mile into my trip home, the tire pressure light turns on. The sensors cannot read the pressure in the tires I assume this happened while the brakes are being changed. I was able to make an appointment to get that fixed scheduled for this Saturday, which they expect me to get to with my car which is currently having transmission issues. Now fast word 3 WEEKS after purchase and my car stalls at a stoplight and I am unable to accelerate, I veer off to the nearest body shop, and low and behold the transmission is now a problem. I immediately try and contact the dealership and, of course, can't get ahold of anyone. If you've walked into this zoo, you know they probably can't hear the phone ringing over their obnoxious conversations, tiktoks, and the other nonsense that goes on. I then contact the manager who cannot help me although they sold me a defective car. At Hgreg they are looking for no more than to make a sale. The customer is not a priority. Pay attention to the red flags and take your money elsewhere. More
