He asked great questions that even enlighted me on what I was looking for in a car that suited me best for my life style. Very knowledgable of the avail. cars I was inquiring about and their overall specs off-bat without even looking at the computer. Very impressive. The most unprofessional experience ever! First they gave me the wrong address so I was lost in the ghetto of Miami for an hour. He caughed and sneezed all over the place then proceeded to have me use his computer to find a car! After going through their entire inventory I found one with no accidents reported on the carfax but it revealed an accident in the description. When he showed me the car it was like crawling through a junk yard. The cars were filthy and packed on top of one another. When I opened the car door to check it out I was disgusted with the foul smell that hit me from the interior which looked like a farm animal lived in it! My sales rep Leo.. was beyond nice, helped make my purchase simple. Honest and real about numbers which was highly important to my wife and i. Leo greeted us at the entrance and was open to listening which is hard sometimes because everybody wants to tell you what to buy , leo listened and gave us options. We had a number in mind and where able to get to it without pressure or hidden fees. Attention to detail was super good , having my cat detailed , thinking about my kids in the car and understanding I had a family in the vehicle , really stood out. Leo is laid back but open and attentive to the customers need. There something about saying little but not sounding fake that really worked well when dealing with leo. The guys here worked with us and kept it real on all levels. We enjoyed the time there and where out the door in a timely manner. More
