The salesman Brian Alvarez was superb. He kept me informed everyday of the status of the car. He was detailed oriented and very communicative. He made the car experience great!!!! However the bait and switch I experienced was horrible. I called and was told car was there it wasn’t, then when I went to buy car you raised the price by $2500. The manager on duty Mt Navarre was terrible. He was rude and couldn’t of cared less if I bought the car. The prior manager said when I initially came in to buy the car I would get first chose to buy the car. This was after I had already called in and and Abraham told me car was on your lot which it hadn’t even been transported to your dealership yet. Brian was awesome. He called and text me everyday about the status of the car. When the car finally arrived on your lot I was in financing and saw the price was raised by $2500 in just two days . Another tactic of bait and switch by your dealership. I had to prove the sales price you had on your website two days prior. Mr Navarre was so unprofessional telling me he was doing me a favor and about car inflation etc..... I was promised this car on Saturday and would of bought it then if I wasn’t deceived on the phone by Abraham that it was on your lot. When th manager on Saturday told me he would hold the car for me when it came in I didn’t expect the price to be inflated. If it hadn’t been for Brian Alvarez I wouldn’t of bought from your dealership. He was very caring and informative and made sure everything went well. I wish I could say the same for others there. After I signed paperwork and went to pay my down payment my bank had a limit so I was only able to put down all of it except $500. I left car and told finance man I would return next day to pay the remaining $500. Upon arrival next day mr Navarre again was unpleasant to me. He said I’d have to wait over an hour to pay the remaining $500 and get my new car. He has no compassion for the customer . I’m sure if I was buying a car that day I wouldn’t of had to wait. I want all consumers to know about the misinformation your dealership deceives customers just to get them into your dealership. Understand if it wasn’t for Brian Alvarez I would of just left and bought elsewhere. He should be manager not me Navarre as Brian truly cares for the customer More
