The sales process wasn’t that bad, I knew what I could afford and what I wanted, so I dug in my heels. The financing was a nightmare, after spending hours going over numbers, they couldn’t meet my numbers with their financing. I decided to go my own way through my bank, thats when their customer service started to deteriorate. After buying one of their used vehicles, I then had to deal with their service department. If I thought their financing dept was a nightmare, I was in for a rude awakening with their service department. There is no way to get in touch with them, they never call you back. i had to wait for an entire week for them to service my vehicle (yes, I had to leave the newly bought vehicle with them for a whole week) and if it wasn’t for me having to call repeatedly, I would have gotten my vehicle in double the time. The parts they were servicing were all standard stock and not Fiat specific parts, which is what I would expect. They also lost one of the panels on the driver side of the vehicle after they had serviced the steering shaft. After 2 weeks of calling and leaving messages to see if I can get my panel back, I had to drive to their Medley location to see if I could speak with someone. The service rep just said they would cal me back to make an appointment to put back the panel, but they never called. I had to call the main center (Doral) for them to investigate, they told me a sales manager would be calling me about the missing panel, but no one from Hhgreg has called me. In short my experience has been a really bad one, I would not recommend this place. More

However the car was given to me with half a tank of gas, dirty, the key fob does not work (even af Car salesman and finance office were very helpful. However the car was given to me with half a tank of gas, dirty, the key fob does not work (even after replacing the fob’s batteries), the car has not been serviced (the service overdue warning comes on), needs an oil change and brake pads and the wiper blades from the front windshield needs replacing as well. This car should have not been given to me in this conditions. I was expecting to recieve a call fully serviced and in good safety road conditions. Despite of the help I got from the salesman during the purchase I will NOT recommend nor buy any cars from this dealership again More

This is my experience: a. After I inspected the car by the car maker, I found out that the car was fixed after an accident. They told me that never been hit!. b. They told me that we can close the deal in 30 minutes and it took more than 1 hour. c. When doing the contract, and despite my instructions they added to additional guarantees (one of them not necessary by law, which they claim it was the law and the request of the financing bank). the system also did not took my cash payment. in order to avoid delays, they issue a credit for the reimbursement of my cash payment and the guarantees that I did not wanted to purchase. The credit was going to be in my account in 4 weeks. d. When I went to pick up the car the next day the car was broken and needed to be fixed. it took one week until the parts arrived. e. One week later, when I went to pick up the car, they could not find the plates (that I already paid). They have to issue new ones. f. Today is 4/27 and I'm still waiting the credit to my bank account for the reimbursement as per c. g. I strongly recommend stay away from this dealership. Clearly the sales general manager, Terry Lunn, does not control his team. More

Called at 11 am to see if the vehicle I was interested in was available, as I was 3 hours away. Salesman Maurice said the car was available the keys are right here. I asked to put a deposit down on it and he was available, as I was 3 hours away. Salesman Maurice said the car was available the keys are right here. I asked to put a deposit down on it and he said he would put a courtesy hold on it until I got there. Got there at 230 pm and they tell me the car was SOLD, I was pissed. Mgr says it was sold in the morning and I said and no one bothered to call me. What a terrible experience, will never deal with this company again. 4/23/22 More
