First car's chassis was demaged I first got a Santa Fe that at first I did not noticed it was unaligned. Took it home and realized it, went back to the dealer and I spent 6 days there until they "realized" the car was damaged. I know their tactic, make you go as many possible times so you get tired and stop going. Not with me. I even spent money from my pocket to take the car to the mechanic and alignment place. Horrible experience, never ever recommending this place and don't want to go to any dealer ever after this. Yes I got another car but after fighting very hard for about 6 days. More

Poor Customer Service Let me say that this has no reflection on my sales person Alex M. He can only work with what the dealer provide and they certainly do not provide much for him to deal with. I could not get my car to take home because it was too filthy and they needed a whole day to clean it. I was promise that if I come back the next day it will be ready and waiting. I did come back the following day by 7pm and the car was brought out with maybe enough gas in it to drive it off the lot. The glue was still left on the car from the stickers that was placed on the car by the prior owner. The maintenance light was on which indicates that an oil change was never done on the car and the oil that is in the car was black. I was very disappointed but Alex told me that he would get all this fix and take it to my house the next day and for sure he did (thank you). HGreg Doral customer service needs to improve. A car is the second biggest purchase that anyone will make in there lifetime and the customer needs to be made whole when something is not right. I would never refer you dealer to anyone and would never come back to see you guys again. More

Lots of time wasted, unprofessional dealer, just TERRIBLE Before i state anything, I have to admit that the only reason i purchased my vehicle here is because there are less than 300 2015 Cadillac CTS Vsport Before i state anything, I have to admit that the only reason i purchased my vehicle here is because there are less than 300 2015 Cadillac CTS Vsport models in the world, so this car is not common especially not in Florida. I only wanted this exact model trim. Anyways, i had contacted this company via email at first since i am very busy and wanted more information regarding the car before i stepped in. Nobody ever got back to me with information about the car, just automated follow-up emails. I came to the Hgreg and was greeted by Kimani Everett, who started getting the process ready to purchase the car. I mentioned to him I had already came with my Capital One financing and was there to just easily "sign and drive" after inspecting the car. I was assured by Alex (sales manager) and Sadel (finance) that i would need to input my information in their system to have on file ,but they would not be running my credit. I input my information after being assured that no credit checks would be done, to then get an email minutes later that Sadel personally ran my credit to 3 other banks. This is ridiculous after being assured by several people already, including management. They tried to make an excuse about it saying the system does it automatically. Furthermore, I had inspected the car. I found it to have all 4 tires rotting (completely cracked and rotting from the inside), leaking rear shocks, water in the battery compartment, cracked front splitter, scratches around the car, and it wasn't even washed. I'm still wondering how this car passed its safety inspection... It just goes to show how this company sells their cars. I brought these problems up to the salesman and he told me they would not change the tires or bumper, but they'll see about changing the shocks and cleaning/buffering the car. Hgreg has a 3 day guarantee, so they decided to make my service appointment for them to "look at the car" 7 days later on the following Monday. There was no guarantee the parts would be replaced or anything would be done. This became absurd having to put up with all the problems, it got me to the point I needed to let the Better Business Bureau know that this business has no integrity and has no remorse over any of the trouble caused, so i submitted a letter to them. BBB had Chris (another manager) contact me to try to get this resolved. I spent the next week, on several occasions, coming in to try to get the service on my car done. The service manager Jorge was very unprofessional/rude and had my car sitting at the dealer for days without communicating to me that the parts had not came in yet still. At this point, its the second week i have bought my car and tires are still rotting and bad shocks. I had to show up and wait countless hours to get each service done for the next two weeks after purchasing my car, I finally get a call that my car is ready to get picked up, and i show up to the dealer and the car still has the same bad tires. The tires it had that rotted were Bridgestone Potenzas, which aren't even the same tires that come with this sports car (Pirelli P Zero). They had me wait another hour at the dealer while they put up some different tires. I finally get my car to find that they had put on Acclera low budget tires on the car which were very dirty/brown as if they weren't even new like they had said they would order. The dealer is that cheap they cant even put quality tires on a $30K sports car they're selling that is pushing over 400 hp? This is a luxury sports car and its a Cadillac, it needs premium parts not budget. This dealer has proven it is not transparent with their customers and they definitely do not take care of you.like they should. At the end of the day they will fix it, but only if they HAVE to and they'll get the cheapest parts possible to bring it to standards. I paid full price for the car, no discounts or extras for the inconveniences, so if you aren't persistent like i was, you'll end up paying for the car plus any damages this dealer sold you the car with. Do yourself a favor and do not consider spending money in this company, if you don't want to end up with a terrible experience like I've had. This is real. More
