Horrible experience. They were not transparent with pricing. They had thousands of dollars worth of hidden fees. Some lame warrantee that they force you to buy. The WORST car buying experience - EVER! I have bought NINETEEN vehicles in the past 40 years & this was the absolute WORST!! And I told them exactly that. First, I had to beg them, to s I have bought NINETEEN vehicles in the past 40 years & this was the absolute WORST!! And I told them exactly that. First, I had to beg them, to sell me the car - minimum of 5 phone calls. I had to fly to their location because they refuse to do anything online. I was there for almost 4 hours & I was preapproved through Capital One. I could not leave until I provided an insurance card and dec page showing the NEW vehicle that I was trying to purchase. I had proof of insurance & an extended coverage policy that insures me and ANY CAR ON THE PLANET that I drive. I have 2 FULL weeks to add any new vehicles to my policy. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with the 800 number purchasing a policy to satisfy their "company policy". Absolutely ridiculous management team! Agree with others - they are NOT transparent with pricing - $3,500 in dealer fees. Overcharged me for sales tax - I was from out of state and I'm a CPA so I KNOW what the rates are! The WORST experience ever! Do NOT recommend! More

They are not transparent with pricing. After a very long wait to discuss financing, the warrantee wasn't discussed nor itemized. It was added into the selling price. It wasnt itemized nor discussed, just added onto the price. My $16,997 car was $25k when done. We had to break it all down on our own. I had to ask about a warrantee when aat the signing stage and was told it was added in. I would have liked a couple of options or even the option of purchasing my own. We drove from out of state to come because of a recommendation. More
