To put it simply we have been lied to and robbed from this organization. Their salesman Orlian has kept a $1,000 deposit while consistently lying to us feeding us false stories. “The check is in the mail this organization. The car buying experience was ok definitely not great at Kendall nissan. Getting folks there to call me back was difficult when I was ready to purchase. The AC did not work and that was 1100 dollars plus the touch screen radio had to be replaced because it did not work and that was 500 dollars. I would not recommend buying a used car again from you guys because of the hassle and the additional cost immediately after purchase. Oh and my front bumper was not repaired correctly from the accident in the carfax report event hough it was listed as minor. Part of the delay is they will try to screw you over with nonsense dealer fees. They have a "sanitation fee" for COVID for several hundred dollars. Ridiculous. In addition I took my car for a simple oil change and they damaged my front fender. They refused to fix. And there response to my damage was "can you prove it" by the manager. Horrible customer service. When I drove up to the service station the attendant tell me "give me your keys." More
