STOP. Terrible experience. I thought it was safe to purchase a car from what I thought was a reputable dealer remotely. From Pedro, who tried to strong arm me for a deposit- before the deal was written purchase a car from what I thought was a reputable dealer remotely. The vehicle a 2017 Sierra Denali arrived on a flatbed overnight (I paid for delivery) was filthy inside and out. While I'd forgive the exterior had it been road dirt, but it was weeks of outdoor tree sap all over the vehicle. The interior smelled. But it gets better. Started it up with the check engine light on. Big dent and scrape down the drivers side, rear of truck. It's not noted in the listing advertised, and conveniently, not showing in the photos. I specifically asked Pedro if the truck had any visible damage, and he was insulted that I would question his integrity. The listing showed two key fobs, I got one. Absolutely terrible customer service. I asked what the $999.00 was on the paperwork and it's called "Predelivery Service Charge" John told me that's what you pay for us to get the vehicle ready for you. No one got this vehicle ready to sell. What a huge disappointment. #HGregKendallNissan is a shady dealer. I've requested a call to remedy this situation, and,,, one is coming any minute... More
