The car only a few months later had issues with the check engine light and the AC was busted. The car is 10k and the fixes alone were 1.3k for the check engine and 4.5k to fix the AC. I bit the bullet and got the check engine fixed for 1.3k just to then have the car returned to me in much WORSE conditions as the car battery even turned off on me while driving. I sent the car back and the service director Julio in 2 minutes knew what was wrong with the car and even admitied that it is too early for the AC to be having these issues. They decide to fix the rest of the issues that should’ve been fixed on the first visit and zero reimbursement for the inconvenience. Then Julio spoke with the GM Chris who then tried to flip the issue on me even tho the only people that have serviced the car is their service team. He then said he would speak with his team to see what they can do. The best they can do is bring down the cost of the AC to 2k which is still expensive but I can afford it. So i then bring the car in on a Tuesday for the fix and leave it there. Radio silence for a few days, so I go ahead and call in to check. Now just to find out the piece they need for the repair is on backorder. If I never called, I would’ve never been notified. Then I am told they will call me back that same day inregards to a loaner car. Again radio silence for a few days so I have to call back in. Just to find out that there are no loaner cars available. If I never called them, I would never be noticed. I had to request for my car back in the same condition it was in so I can drive to work after I spent a whole week wasting money on Uber and Lyft to get around. Not once have I been offered any assistance for the inconvenience or any communication from the service team and I have spoke with Julio the director of Service, Ariel the manager in sales and The general manager Chris and NO ONE in upper management here has provided any help. Please do NOT buy a car here. They may provide a good deal but the cars are not serviced correctly and you will end up paying more in repairs then for the car. For the same money I have spent, I could’ve gotten a brand new car. More

It took me THREE WEEKS just to get someone on the phone who could take my money and send a car. Then, after setting up a pickup to have it taken to the port, they need a piece of paper that I've never heard of. I was dealing with Sergio Santanilla. Finally, a week later, after he keeps asking me for this paper I don't have, the shippers never heard of, HE PROVIDES IT TO ME! Why didn't you give it to me if you had it all along! Now I finally have the car (which arrived smelling like hot diapers) and there is a dashboard warning that definitely wasn't there in the listing. I text Sergio to ask about that and the fact I only got one key. It's been a month and zero response. Then I get a letter from my lender that they NEVER GOT THE TITLE. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for weeks and absolutely zero response. Awful, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. More

This dealer takes advantage of black single women! Do NOT shop with them unless you want to be scammed out of your money! On 9/19/23 I purchased two cars from a sales man by the name of Roger Carelos Do NOT shop with them unless you want to be scammed out of your money! On 9/19/23 I purchased two cars from a sales man by the name of Roger Careloso! I did not have a specific type of car I wanted but I advised Roger of how much I wanted to spend, year n miles I preferred. After looking I chose a Altima and Roger showed me a 2019 Mazda 3 that looked great on the outside. While doing the paperwork the finance manager offered an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty, which I also excepted. After about the first week the car stated to make a noise! Two different noises to be exact. I took the car to the Mazda dealer and was advised all the things wrong with the car n that the warranty will not cover anything because of how sloppy it was fix. His words exactly “ This car should not have been sold and is unsafe to drive in this condition”. I called Roger( the sales man) right away gave him the Mazda service rep name and number so he would know I’m not making it up! I picked up the car from Mazda on 10/18/23 after they had the car for almost two weeks and took it straight back to Hgreg of Nissan ask to plz cancel the contract on this unsafe vehicle. I purchased on 9/19 n return the car on 10/18 n was advised it’s been over thirty days and they cannot cancel the contract the financing banks has to. I reached out to the bank who explained they are unable to cancel because a payment hasn’t been made on my account n it has to be cancelled by the dealer! I did some research and found out the financing bank was right! Hgreg refuses to cancel the contract on this unsafe vehicle due to fees they will have to pay. Them make money is more important then their customers safety. They offered to fix the car “the right way” n return it to me but why wasn’t it fix “the right way” before it was sold, and why would I want, trust or feel safe and comfortable in that car after the fact? Then I was advised by Hgreg to take it back to Mazda pay another $200 for another full diagnostic, so that I will feel comfortable taking it back! Remember I stated I purchased two cars and it didn’t matter. This is how this company shows appreciation and world class customer service! The 100% satisfaction guarantee is bogus! All talk!! This is a horrible company! THIS CAR WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN OFFERED TO A MAN!! If it was a mistake they sold the car in an unsafe condition then they would be willing to rectify it make it right n cancel the contract. But seeing how I’m being treated now I realized i Was scammed n set up! Do not shop wit this dealer if you don’t want to be cheated out of your money! More

To put it simply we have been lied to and robbed from this organization. Their salesman Orlian has kept a $1,000 deposit while consistently lying to us feeding us false stories. “The check is in the mail this organization.
