Dave was very friendly over the phone when I called. Frank was the one I worked with at the dealership when I arrived. Frank helped me save some money which I am grateful for. I pulled into the dealership and parked in the wrong spot. I waited for almost ten minutes confused about what I should do. Do I get out of the car? Do I move? I'm so lost! Took my Versa in for oil change, fix kick plate on drivers door and fix dint in trunk (my fault!). Chris assessed car straight away, clipped kick plate back into place and gave me honest opnion about drivers door and fix dint in trunk (my fault!).
