I am adding a "no star" review for this dealership. Not too much of a comment about my internet sales guy "Jeff". He didn't do much for me one way or the other, however when his manager "Ajan 'Milton'" cam too much of a comment about my internet sales guy "Jeff". He didn't do much for me one way or the other, however when his manager "Ajan 'Milton'" came into the picture it all went downhill. To make a long story short, I was ganged up on by 4 salesmen, including the manager, telling me that the deal on their website was wrong. I honestly don't care if it was wrong or not, the point is that it was on the website and all 5 of us were sitting there looking at it in black and white. I left after all 4 starting yelling at me that I was wrong - completely unprofessional. I just hope that the others staring at the scene in the showroom took the hint and left also. My advice, do your homework - they tried to rip me off multiple times and kept acting like every incentive they gave me was cutting me a great deal. Sorry, but paying the price listed on the website is normal, not a great deal. On another note, a shout out to Sam at Surf City Nissan - went straight over to that dealership and Sam was extremely helpful (and I wasn't "wrong" about what their website stated!) More
Bought 2009 Kia Optima (25,000miles), and when we went to finance, Lisa lied about the warranty. Said it was only a 36000 miles warranty and that we needed to purchase their warranty...we did and paid dearl finance, Lisa lied about the warranty. Said it was only a 36000 miles warranty and that we needed to purchase their warranty...we did and paid dearly for it because of her using scare tactics on my daughter-in-law. Next morning I called and found out Kia warranty is 5 years 60,000 miles. Went back to Nissan and talked to Keith, he acted stupid and lied to me again saying that he did not know about the Kia warranty and that they must have just started it. Kia gives it to every car since year 2000. So, they lied again. They cannot wait for you to come in and give you a great big "KISS". They are dog meat and the rating for this company is 1.6 on the net...what does that tell you. More
Purchased a used 2004 Sentra from Buena Park Nissan a few years ago. Trouble from day one. There was a dent I didn't see at time of purchase, dealer refused to repair it. There has been one service issue years ago. Trouble from day one. There was a dent I didn't see at time of purchase, dealer refused to repair it. There has been one service issue after another from the radio and cd player not working to the gas gauge inaccuracy to the brake lights working only intermittently. The car became a death trap and a police ticket magnet, I wouldn't allow my daughter to drive it. In June of 2010, I tried to trade it for another car but Buena Park Nissan considered it to be an "upside down" trade. Very discouraging and unfair, this was a car I purchased, serviced regularly and paid for additional repairs, now they're telling me it's a loss for them if I use it as a trade-in. I had to look elsewhere for a car. More
I brought my brand new Nissan Xterra for a warranty repair(it is new with 3 warranty repairsalready!) and the Service Manager, David Okamoto, installed the body side moldings himself and while doing so repair(it is new with 3 warranty repairsalready!) and the Service Manager, David Okamoto, installed the body side moldings himself and while doing so, scratched my left rear passenger door. The best this guy can do is deny and lie to his customers. Never buy nor bring your vehicles to this dealership. They are a bunch of crooks! More
They are a fraud based Car Dealer Ship. Their Sales team could not keep their agreed purchase price together. From the Vehicle Price, to my APR, to Down payment to ultimitaly the Trade in Value. Numbers wou could not keep their agreed purchase price together. From the Vehicle Price, to my APR, to Down payment to ultimitaly the Trade in Value. Numbers would change on me each minute by minute and no one had a valid reason why numbers kept increasing -even after they had given me a written agreed price. It was total bad business after bad business. By the time it reached Finance, it had changed again. Finance will not honor sales price. Their finance dept will make everything sound promising though, however once they have you on their dotted line, and you dont comply with any of the previous down payment arrangements, whether they told you they would work with you and revise your contract, its all a LIE. There written and/or verbal agreements to consumers are a complete and utter hoax -an attempt to allure customers by falsifying agreements. This company will sue you within less than 30 days from the date of purchase of your new vehicle. Please think twice about doing business with this company. More
