I was referred to David through Edmunds.com which allows you to get price quotes from multiple dealers. Prior to meeting David at the dealership, he answered all my questions that I had concerning the Nissa you to get price quotes from multiple dealers. Prior to meeting David at the dealership, he answered all my questions that I had concerning the Nissan Altima 2.5 S. This was nice compared to some other dealers who provided me with general information but refused to give me specifics until I met them at the dealership first. When I finally met David at the dealership, we went for a test drive where he explained the different features of the car. After the drive, we went over the pricing for the car. At no point did I feel pressured by him to purchase the car. I was quoted a fairly good price for the car, but I decided I had to wait a day or two before making my final decision. Despite being the last day of the month (where dealers are trying to make last minute sales), David let me go without any hassle. After visiting a Mazda dealership (where the experience was much worse), I called David to tell him that I would be returning to purchase the car and to confirm the price. Unfortunately one of the manufacturer rebates had expired just yesterday, but we were able to work it out so that I was able to get a newer model for a few hundred dollars more than the price he quoted me the day before despite the loss of the rebate. The only minor complaint I had was that the car included some extras that I was forced into taking such as floor mats. Other than that, this was a great experience and I will definitely come back to them if I need to purchase another Nissan. More

Andrei was in charge of overseeing my vehicle purchase and kept in excellent communication with me during the final few days leading to my purchase. He was very knowledgeable and friendly over the phone and when i arrived at the dealership to get my Altima he had it ready and waiting for me to hop in and take my first drive! I was not kept waiting and i found all of the staff to be very conscientious of my time and they got everything done in a very timely manner. Andrei was very good at explaining all the paperwork to me and that helped tremendously. After the main paperwork I worked with Josh to take car of the final decisions regarding my warranty and vehicle options. He was very friendly as well and explained all of my options thoroughly and I never felt like i was being pressured to overspend my budget. He was honest in his recommendations to me and i never felt like i was being "sold" something unnecessarily. His knowledge of Nissan was evident in my conversation with him and i chose to upgrade my alarm system and warranty because it made excellent sense to do so. I expect this car to last me a good number of years but when it comes time to purchase another vehicle i will return to Buena Park Nissan because I had an excellent experience and will be happy to repeat it. Thanks to Andrei and Josh I am thrilled with my new Altima and I couldn't be happier! I have also had excellent follow up with Cassandra. I went to gardens Nissan originally and the salesman was very rude and knew nothing about the cars. Keith called me and sounded very honest and entertaining on the phone so I drove the 30mins to see him and very rude and knew nothing about the cars. He was the most informed,funny, and straight forward car salesman I have ever dealt with over 10 cars in my life. he knew everything about the Murano and went above and beyond buying us waters and making sure the whole process was easy. I have already sent him one friend and will continue to do so in the future. Finance was good too I forget his name but he was very nice. When you buy a car it is all luck of the draw on who you get and I got lucky haha. More

While getting my 2007 Altima 3.5 serviced, Mr. Brown walked into the service dept and we started talking about buying a new car. Mr. Brown introduced me to Amando and the process was in session. The deal was made and I drove off with a 2011 Altima SR 3.5. Even though my car 2007 Altima 3.5 was being serviced for a 2 year warranty and the cost was $450.00 plus tax the Dealer owned by Greg Brown paid for this service.Mr. Brown, George Mgr in sales and Amando sales person and Josh in finance, plus Ken and the rest of the service people are all wonderful people.I recommend this Nissan Dealership to all. The price that Mossy is giving me is real, I will send you my sales invoice once I purchase from them.... Soooo rude. You should not be allowed to be near customers. I have to give the BEST EVER rating for BUENA PARK NISSAN!! I am not easy to please but these guys went above and beyond of what I normally expect from a car dealer. I shopped for my Nisaan Sentra at two other dealers. One didnt even get back to me! The other one which was Cerritos Nissan tried to charge me over MSRP. Couldnt believe it. Went to Buena Park Nissan and they gave me a very fair deal and their manager Tom came out right away when I thought the price was higher then I wanted to pay. He gave me the price and made sure everything went smooth. I may try their service dept but live a little far away More
