Took my Versa in for oil change, fix kick plate on drivers door and fix dint in trunk (my fault!). Chris assessed car straight away, clipped kick plate back into place and gave me honest opnion about drivers door and fix dint in trunk (my fault!). Chris assessed car straight away, clipped kick plate back into place and gave me honest opnion about dint (good chance they would be able to pull out). He organised a convient appointment time. All items were sorted and car was ready when they said it would be. The fix on the dint was excellent and I was very impressed with how proud Chris was of their work. Will use them again. More

I brought my new car in for its first oil change. I was greeted warmly by Chris Arce. He answered all of my questions and helped fix a few detail(scratches)problems on my car. Sales- I was looking for a new vehicle after being transferring back to the states. When finally decided to go with Nissan Altima 3.5 SR, I sent out the requests to several internet sales/ dealerships transferring back to the states. When finally decided to go with Nissan Altima 3.5 SR, I sent out the requests to several internet sales/ dealerships. David S. was the ONLY internet sales replied to my request within half hour and responded my only request- lowest price before tax. I am not sure why it is so hard to understand, but other dealers had almost the same automatic response- what kind of color, options, blah blah you looking for? xxxxxx Can you just read my request for god's sake? Anyways, set up the time to test drove the car, confirm the price and the options. Everything was as promised over the email, no games, no BS, everything was straight up, open communication. Very impressed with my first japanese car and its internet sales experience. Finance- Liz was easy going, friendly, unlike most of the finance people I have dealt with. We were offered other services typical at dealership, but she wasn't being too pushy. And when requested for sometime to figure out the options, she was being very friendly and give us the time and room to think about. After dealing with German car manufactures since my first car, I must say it is one of the better experice if not the best in terms of efficiency, price and convenience. More

The reason I'm giving this rating is,the moment I arrived ,I was greeted with a big smile,and a courteous hand shake from David Swayne. He immediately asked me what vehicle I would prefer. Customer service was great. They greeted us right when we came in. I was early for my appt but they helped us and let me take my time picking what cars I was interested in. Pancho Marana was the salesman that helped me and he was very patient. He brought back keys for the vehicles I was interested in and I was sold on the Nissan Altima. The ride was so smooth and the price was in our budget. I think I was sold when Pancho was walking me through the Altima's features. I love the no key needed for opening doors and starting:) My husband test drove it and he was saying yes to any price LOL. I have no complaints about this dealership. The reason I chose this dealership was my Versa's battery went out and I called up Buena Park Nissan and they checked everything in my car to make sure the battery was the problem. They also found that my window was making a noise and they fixed a defected motor in it. I didn't even realize that the noise I was hearing was the window. They were very nice and exceeded what I expected. My husband and I agree that we will be back to Buena Park Nissan for our next car. Also got a great deal on the maintenance for my car. I have never experienced dealership service like this. It was so refreshing. Thank you Pancho Marana and everyone at Buena Park Nissan (Finance, sales manager, everyone)for making this a terrific experience. More
